Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform high volume prospecting
  • Identification of sales leads through, online search, publications, business directories, targeted lists, referrals, networking and networking events
  • Set meetings for individual or group presentations
  • Present company services over the phone and in person
  • Organized approach to prospecting and following up on potential opportunities
  • Effectively present company solutions and value proposition
  • Meet agreed upon monthly sales goals

Required Skills:

  • Experience in direct sales and solution selling
  • Career oriented individual looking for rapid growth
  • Comfortable calling potential leads and setting appointments
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of building a quick rapport with clients and identify the decision makers within an organization
  • Ability to present services and company value proposition to customer
  • Communicates well with both internal team members and customers
  • Organized, goal and detailed oriented
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to work independently in a home office environment
  • Some knowledge and background in the technology services industry – VoIP / Telecom
  • Industry is a plus +
  • Desired Education, Skills and Certifications:
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred not required
  • Direct B2B sales a plus
  • Experience working in a virtual and/or home office environment
  • 1 + years of direct sales experience

Other:

  • Requires local travel
  • Requires a home office environment with a dedicated network connection with sufficient bandwidth to operate a virtual home office in a cloud environment
