Andi Cook Joins G12 as Vice President of Customer Success

Andi comes to us with over fifteen years of experience in product management, operations, customer service and support, analysis, sales and marketing. Most recently, Andi spent the last seven plus years at Inteliquent, where she held various roles in marketing, customer success, and operations learning and development. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and has a professional qualification in Pragmatic Marketing.

 

In her own words, “I’m excited to join the G12 family and lead the delivery and support teams while implementing new processes to enhance our customer service. My top priority is to ensure our employees are happy and empowered, which will ultimately lead to satisfied and successful customers.” Andi has expressed her admiration for the G12 team’s positive energy and looks forward to collaborating and building upon the strong foundation already established.
